El Señor de los Jamones represents the passion for Spanish gastronomic excellence, with decades of experience selecting the finest Iberian products.
El Señor de los Jamones is the result of more than 30 years dedicated to Spanish gastronomy, driven by its founder Tony Peña, professional ham carver and expert in Iberian products.
Originally from Cuba, Tony built his career in Spain over three decades, working in hospitality and gourmet retail. This experience granted him deep knowledge of Iberian bellota ham, traditional curing processes, and the art of professional carving.
In 2012, he brought his vision to the United States, founding A Tope Foods Corp.
From Miami, we have established a national distribution network, becoming a reference in high-end Spanish gastronomy.
